Lorquí City Council, in collaboration with the Directorate General of Planning, Evaluation and Regional Government Environmental Control, and the company "Ecovidrio" held on Wednesday April 21 a "Workshop on Traceability of Glass" with a free registration.
The objective of this initiative, aimed at housewives and pensioners, is to report on what the whole process of recycling glass is from accumulating in the container until it is put back into the market.
Thus, this activity will begin at 9 am with participants gathering at the Town Hall of the municipality, to then be transferred to the plant, "Camacho Recycling" in Caudete (Albacete), where they will give a briefing (10:30 hours).
Then attendees will be offered lunch at the restaurant "El lengüetero" for from 12 hours to begin a visit to the recycling plant as the climax of the day.
These days, spaces are limited, they can sign all housewives and pensioners in the municipality of Lorquí they want and then only have to register at City Hall ilorcitano Monday through Friday from 8 to 14 hours.
"This initiative is very interesting because they show the process used to recycle the glass that let in the green container.
