The Government of Spain invests directly in Cehegín 4,546,103 euros between 2009 and 2010 through State Funds
The government delegate in Murcia, Rafael González Tovar and Cehegín Mayor Jose Soria García, inaugurated this morning the reforms carried out in the streets of downtown Pérez Villanueva and La Tercia, carried out under the Local Investment Fund in this locality.
These actions have involved an investment of 439,209 euros and generated 17 jobs.
On the street Pérez Villanueva has invested 207,229 euros and have created 8 jobs.
Similarly, the cost of reforms in the streets of La Tercia has been 231,980 euros and generated 9 new jobs.
In both cases, the pavement has been replaced earlier, has been waterproofed concrete base near the area of the facades of buildings and has built a new sewage system and new connections.
In addition, under the firm has installed the video network, a new telephone wiring and a new underground pipeline lighting.
The Government delegate recalled that the Government of Spain Cehegín assigned in 2009 to EUR 2,796,061 under the Local Investment Fund, an amount that council is carrying out 18 projects.
They have created 96 direct jobs, of which 63 are newly created and 33 of persons within the 15 companies awarded the contract.
González Tovar has also reported that the State Fund for Employment and Local Sustainability 2010 will require a new injection of cash for the town of 1,750,042 euros.
Noted that "total government Cehegín receives directly from Spain just over 4.5 million euros in two years: the largest investment in this town by any government in such a short time and which clearly reflects the will municipalist President Zapatero. "
The Local Investment Fund to date
The Government delegate reported that to date, the Ministry of Planning Policy has been transferred to all municipalities in the region EUR 167,128,741, corresponding to 70 percent of the amount of each project.
In this regard, stressed that has already paid the first part of 99.85 percent of the projects submitted and only one project still pending, withdrawn by the city of Murcia.
Also pointed out that 30 percent is being delivered upon completion of each performance and justify the investment with the Government of Spain.
In this sense, González Tovar explained that since late last June, is beginning to pay the completion of the work of the State Fund in the Region of Murcia.
In particular, already have paid the 126 projects submitted in the Region.
