The Director General of Planning and Housing, Antonio Navarro, accompanied by the mayor of Cehegín, Jose Soria, today visited the historic facades of the Autonomous Community art has been restored in the old part of town.
Specifically, the Ministry of Public Works has funded more than 200,000 euros rehabilitation of six buildings of architectural interest, since it's houses built in the XIX century located in Fortuna Street, Mayor Moreno and Cuesta Cuesta Inn.
According to Navarro, "there have been many landmark buildings facades and old recovered in recent years, thanks to the sensitivity shown by the City Council in preserving the historic status of Cehegín, and regional government support."
