Cehegín Mayor Jose Soria, the councilman of Youth, Francisco April and the project manager, Salvador Gomez, have led the opening ceremony of the Workshop School 'Plaza de Toros', to be held in the town over the next two years.
A total of 32 student-workers participate in the four workshops to be carried out in this edition, such as carpentry, metalwork, painting and masonry.
These serve not only to learn a trade, but also to carry out the restoration of one of the most emblematic buildings Cehegín, its century Plaza de Toros.
In this, and by a grant of EUR 858,073.94 SEF, built a bar-restaurant, a museum and a conference room and meetings, and improve its image abroad completely.
Also renewed the barrier and Burladero, corrals and pens.
During this work will be led by six monitors, which is fully involved in this project.
Mayor Jose Soria has congratulated these young people between 16 and 25 who have entered this school workshop, using the occasion to advise that "the union, education and respect between you and the monitor is the most important you have to know. "
