The councilman of Culture of the City of Cehegín, Nicolás del Toro, has introduced the Learning Guide the Municipal Archaeological Museum, aimed at schoolchildren in grades 5 and 6 of Primary and Secondary Education, the municipality, so that they know and are entered in rooms containing, steeped in history in spades.
Nicolás del Toro said that "our archaeological museum is one of the best in the Region of Murcia, and we want that more young people know, especially in a scientific manner."
This will have produced a series of guides, accompanied by workbooks that children should complete once they have completed their tour.
This booklet, made possible by a grant from the Autonomous Community, is the work of more than a year of hard work by its authors, which is Francisco Peñalver, director of the Archaeological Museum.
He explained during the presentation content of the guide, which even includes the new hall of fossils that is still open.
Peñalver not want to miss this opportunity to remind the big project that is planned for the Archaeological Museum, specifying that "consists of the Palace of the Fajardo and the Council, both of Cultural Interest, with an area of 2,800 meters squares per plant (three plants), which now only one third is dedicated to archaeological exhibition. Also, Nicolas del Toro has announced that "we plan to visit with children for Christmas," adding that "if anyone is interested in receiving a copy of this guide can do at the museum, but is designed for children."
