The councilman of Culture of the City of Cehegín, Nicolás del Toro, has announced the sixth edition of the Short Story Competition 'Salvador García Jiménez', which aims to promote literature in Castilian and pay homage to distinguished writer of the earth.
BASES:
1) may attend the Short Story Competition "Salvador García Jiménez" all writers who want it.
2) free theme works must be unpublished, not only on the date of their acceptance, but at the time of the proclamation of the fault.
Each contestant may only send an original.
3) These originals, with a maximum of ten pages, and at least five must be typed double-spaced on one side, stapled the left margin, and submitted in quintuplicate, in DIN A-4.

4) The stories will choose to contest under a pseudonym, accompanied by envelope or sealed envelope, inside which recorded name, photocopy of ID, author's address and telephone.

6) The entry period will open on the date of publication of this call and end on February 28, 2010.
Later on that day only will be admitted to competition those whose postmark postal evidencing that were deposited in the mailbox on time.
7) The Competition Sponsoring Institution shall include the composition of the jury.
8) Prizes:
Prize: 2000 euros budget.
This will be subject to current tax legislation.
The prize can not be declared void.
9) The ruling will be final and will be announced in April and delivery of the match with the activities undertaken by the City Council on the occasion of World Book Day.

The awards ceremony will be held during a public event to which the prize winners undertake their assistance, which will be informed in good time the author.
11) The winning story will be owned by HE.

The originals of the remainder will be destroyed, not admitting return requests.
12) Participation in this competition implies full acceptance of its rules.
