Councilman of the City Works and Services, Juan Antonio Chico, has reported that "have already been awarded all the works of Works and Services Plan 2009 which are made by companies cehegineras."

This work, which will begin later this year and will continue for the first quarter of next year, consist of the installation of street lighting in the Cortijo de la Casa Alta, with a budget of 21,478 euros, the company conducted Sánchez Montalbán.

In addition, the company will undertake the following works INFER: creation of the potable water supply, sewerage and street paving and Santa Maria Magdalena Fortuna pavement strengthening of the Cuesta de la Valle Inclán Burette and streets, Jacinto Benavente, Dr. Fleming and Juan Ramón Jiménez.

Also carry out the renovation of the water and the strengthening of the pavement on the streets Hope, props and San Ginés.

INFER also act in the districts of El Chaparral (renewal of the sewer and pavement strengthening of the street Rafa) and Canara (pavement strengthening of Cartagena Street).

All these works mentioned have a budget of 330,214 euros.
