The Press Room of the City Council has welcomed the launch of the first Free Paint Shop Cehegín, which will have top-notch faculty, such as Nicholas of Maya (most important artist who has given the town), Stephen Campbell (professor and member of la Real Academia de Bellas Artes 'Virgen de la Arrixaca') and the painter Vincent Ruiz Murcia (awarded the Gold Badge AMURRA).
This summer course, which will run from June 29 to July 3 "comes with high aspirations," said Campbell, who announced that "is an unprecedented year for both the academy and to Cehegín."
He claimed that "we want to happen year after year, and consolidated."
The title of this workshop is that the student can choose both the subjects to paint like techniques.
The upper floor of the arcade will provide the setting for classes, incomparable to any other.
In addition, the City Council made available to students who come from outside the European House, to stay overnight, if desired.
They will also have a bonus of 6 euros per day to fund their diets.
Funded almost entirely by the academy and the consistory ceheginero Murcia, participants need only pay the symbolic figure of 30 euros, being worth this course also for the university get 3 free credits.
According to Mayor Joseph Soria, "seemed like a great opportunity for Cehegín do this course", aimed at undergraduates, graduates, students self-taught fine arts and artistic interest.
