Cehegín host, from 13 to 17 July, the course "Public policies from a gender perspective, to be held at the Technology Center Marble, Ctra De Murcia S / N, Industrial Area 'Abattoir' of that locality.
Encompassed in the programming of the Sea International University, University of Murcia, the course seeks to address legal and economic treatment of gender equality in public policies and to study possible gender policies in taxation that could be implanted in the scope of the various administrations.
Also, the initiative is between its objectives to work on a possible protocol for reporting gender to accompany any law or regulation promulgated by the State.
The course is directed by professors at the University of Murcia Quiñones Vidal and Gloria Elena García Alarcón, and includes among its participants with professors from the Universities of Murcia, Vigo, Complutense de Madrid and Jaume I of Castellón, and representatives of organizations and institutions related to Women, gender equality and the fight against gender violence.
The closing conference will be presented by Carmen Martínez Aguayo, Minister of Economy and Finance of the Government of Andalusia.
The course has a duration of 30 hours and has assigned three credits of free configuration.
