The councilman of Social Services City of Cehegín, María Isabel Martínez, and the head of the Volunteer Program of the Commonwealth of Social Services Northwest, Pascual Martinez, have launched a traveling photo exhibition that shows the 63 snapshots presented to the I Photography Competition Development.
