The City Councillor for Tourism, Francisco in April, has announced the launch of the second edition of Tourism Photo Contest Cehegín, which will be open to both amateur and professional, who will compete for $ 1,000 in prizes.
The theme will reflect the local attractions such as the Casco Antiguo, festivals, gastronomy, monuments, art, typical spots, nature, handicrafts, among others.

In an effort to get the most representative images of tourist attractions Cehegín to be used in various promotional activities provided by the municipality, the council of Communication, Tourism, Youth, Celebration and New Technologies announces the "Tourism Photo Contest II Cehegin. "
Participants .-
May attend all the people who want both amateur and professional photographers.
Issue .-
Cehegín tourist attractions: Old Town, festivals, gastronomy, monuments, art, typical spots, nature, crafts etc.
Procedure .-
Photographs must be color, unpublished, have not won in any other contest conducted with any technique.
Retouched photographs are accepted but not assembly of multiple images.
It may allow artistic photographs in black and white.
Size, presentation and number of photographs .-
Collections will be presented with a minimum of five and a maximum of ten plays printed.
Must be accompanied by CDs or DVDs with the same works in digital format and of sufficient quality.
The size of the images is free.
It sets a limit of 3 collections by author.
Id .-
On the back of each work shall include the title of the work order if any, and in a sealed envelope full details of the author - name, address, phone number, year of birth and technique.
Place of submission and deadline .-
The works presented in the House of Culture Cehegín (C / Begastri, 7) or sent, free of charge and by the participant to:

There will be stated on the envelope "Photo Contest II Cehegín Tourist."
The deadline for artwork is June 12 at 14:00
Jury .-
There will be a jury chaired by the Councillor for Tourism and composed of persons related to photography, marketing and tourism.
The jury will meet on June 18 in the multipurpose room of the Youth Space.
The ruling was made public, may not be awarded any prize.
Awards .-
The jury awarded the following prizes:
-Prize of 400 euros for the best collection.
-Prize of 270 euros for the second best collection.
-Prize of 150 to the third best collection.
"Three accesits each worth 60 euros to the two best photos of the collections not previously awarded.
No author may get more than one prize.
Exposure .-
With a selection of papers presented will be an exhibition in a place to be during the month of July.
Copyright .-
The winning works as well as not having been awarded not withdrawn on time, will become the property of the City of Cehegín, reserving the right to reproduce it freely (catalogs, posters, press dossiers, reports, etc.).
Therefore the act of participating in this contest implies that the authors agree not to claim copyright for reproductions of works.
Return of works .-
The non-winning photographs may be included in the House of Culture Cehegín once the exposure.
This date will be communicated to the participants and have a period of 30 days to collect the same work.
The copyright of the works that are not removed this time were to become the town hall.
Note .-
Taking part in the competition implies full acceptance of these rules.
The decision to be taken by any occurrence not foreseen in these rules shall lie with the jury, who decides the best option, no need to appeal.
The jury's decision is final.
