Cehegín City is ready to welcome in the sports of the more than 300 almarjal federated athletes who come to town to compete in the Athletics Grand Prix I Base 'Begastri Cross', to be held tomorrow, Saturday, January 24, from 9 am.
This championship has been held in different parts of the Region of Murcia since last November, but will be in Cehegín where now the finals are played in 'baby' and 'fry' in the ways of jumping, throwing and running, sponsored by the Department of Sports, led by Antonio Marín.
According to the mayor, "with events like this, we are fulfilling our mission to do everything possible for smaller quality in sport."
The winner of each final will receive a trophy, the top three finishers, medals, and all participants, a gift.
