The councilman of Culture, Nicholas del Toro, has presented the bases of the sixth edition of Amateur Theatre Festival "City of Cehegín ', which will feature more than 2,000 euros in prize money, and in which all groups can participate in the Region Murcia who want it.
BASES:
1 ª.
May take part in this competition all groups who wish, provided they have character fans, belonging to the Region of Murcia, and meet the requirements of these rules.
2 ª.
The performances are in Spanish and may be creations of the groups themselves or other authors.
3 ª.
Of all the groups that have applied for participation will be a selection.
4 ª.
The selection referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be carried out by the organization of the competition, taking into account the work to represent.
5 ª.
Once the selection of participating groups, the organization shall designate the dates of performance of each one of them.
6 ª.
The competition will be held in the second half of April and early May.
7 ª.
The deadline for submission of entries will close on March 16, 2009 based on the following data:
a) Name of the Group.
b) Responsible for Group and direction.
c) Title and brief synopsis of it.
d) artistic and technical specs.
e) History of the group.
Video-DVD (uncompressed DVD) full of the work to be present or otherwise represented.
This point is not essential, but important.
f) Pictures of the Assembly, if possible.

Shipments are made within an envelope outside of which is stated: For Amateur Theatre Festival VI "Cehegín City."
8 th.
All works will take place in the House of Culture Cehegín.
9 ª.
In the event that the work to represent copyright accrue, the Theatre Group will be responsible for obtaining permission from the Organization SGAE Competition being exonerated of any responsibility.
10 ª.
The staging and loading and unloading will be borne by the participating groups.
The organization will provide the same black camera, sound and lighting.
11 th.
The Department of Culture contribute to the costs of the groups with a contribution of 300 euros.
12 th.
It established the following awards:
a) Best Performance:
-500 Euros first prize.
Second prize -300 euros.
b) Best Direction -400 €.
c) Best scenery -400 €.
d) Best actor -300 euros.
e) Best Actress -300 euros.
* Prizes are subject to appropriate tax withholding.
13 ª.
The jury of the contest shall be appointed by the organization and its decision is final.
14 ª.
All prizes will be awarded.
15 ª.
Entry in the contest implies the acceptance of each and every one of the bases.
16 th.
The awards ceremony will take place in May, communicating, in time, date and place of the act.
