The behavior of the vast majority of cehegineros is exemplary, according to criteria of courtesy and civility, but there is a minority that appears to be very much agree with this, so that the municipality has prepared this ordinance to discourage to behave destructively.
Among the main actions that regulate this new law include the following:
Prohibited break, cut and shake the trees spread their branches or cut waste in the vicinity of these; damage the lawn or camping on it; circular gardens and parks for cars, motorcycles and bicycles, pick flowers, fish ponds (also bathe or wash in them), throw papers or rubbish bins outside and climb trees.
Furthermore, it is the duty of those who carry their excrement collecting animals.
Forbidden to make noise or produce odors that alter the normal coexistence.
Buildings on the premises is prohibited without good cause to sound any warning system.
It is prohibited to vehicles parked on the streets or in private spaces that make noise to alarm devices or emergency signaling, and carry the radio on full blast.
Prohibited paging through the streets, except that relating to cultural, sporting electoral or municipal authority.
It is forbidden alcohol in public, except in times and places.
Allowed to throw papers, bags, sputum, sunflower seed shells or make physiological needs on the street.
Public establishments or incivility avoid annoying customers at the entrance and exit of the premises and to occupy the street with tables, chairs or auxiliary rods without the authorization of City Hall.
It is absolutely forbidden to beg in the streets, sell items without authorization, services or activities not required for any donation of citizens.
The mild sanctions will have a fine of up to 750 euros, the serious, up to 1,500 euros, and very serious, up to $ 3,000.
This ordinance, which far from tax collection effort will improve the quality of life and safety of citizens, will be implemented once it has been published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM).
At the moment the City is planning a campaign to inform citizens about the new standards to be met and avoid having to fine anyone once it is activated.
