1 .- may attend writers of any nationality, provided they submit their papers, original and unpublished, in Spanish.
2 .- The compositions, with freedom of meter and rhyme, have a minimum length of 100 verses and a maximum of 500.
3 .- The papers should be submitted in triplicate, typed double-spaced, unsigned, with a motto.
Under separate, closed and under the same theme will include: name, age, address and telephone number of author, and photocopy of identity card

The envelope shall contain "Poetry Contest for" Fernando Gil Tudela. "
5 .- The entry period will open on the date of publication of this call and end on February 28, 2009.
Later on that day only will be admitted to competition those whose postmark postal evidencing that were deposited in the mailbox on time.
6 .- A single prize of 1,000 euros.
This award is subject to the deductions set by the law.
7 - The award winning pieces will not be returned to stakeholders and will be destroyed.
The organization does not maintain correspondence with participants.
8.
Prizes will be awarded by a jury appointed for that purpose, whose decision is final.
Be made public in April and delivery of the match with the activities undertaken by the City Council on the occasion of World Book Day.
9.
The awards ceremony will be held during a public event to which the prize winners undertake their assistance, which will be informed in good time the author.
10.
Cehegín City Council may publish, at its discretion, the winning entries.

Participation in these contests implies acceptance of these rules.
