Cehegín Old Town looks even more beautiful since you have completed the restoration of the facades of two houses, located in the numbers 13 and 15 of the Cuesta Moreno, thanks to an agreement signed by the City and the Autonomous Region for the adequacy of facades, roofs and walls.
These works have had an investment of almost 85,000 euros, of which the Ministry of Public Works and Planning has provided 75 percent, while the owners, 25 remaining.
In recent years many of the old town walls have been renovated, thanks to the commitment so strong that the City is doing to preserve the state of negotiations as well as to beautify and revitalize the area's most historic Cehegín.
In fact, Councilman Hall Communications, Francisco in April, has announced that "the Board of Governors approved a new agreement to restore the facades of six other homes, located on the street Cuesta del Parador, Mayor, Fortuna and Cuesta Moreno amounting to 273,723.62 euros. "
