The Sports Complex 'The almarjal' has received an emotional tribute posthumously to Julio Cardozo, one of the most beloved of all who died in a car accident ten years ago.

This person has left an indelible imprint on those places where it happened.

Proof of this is missing for a decade and is still in the memory of all who knew him.

Thus, sections of 'veterans' of Atletico and Caravaca Cehegín have held a memorial football match in his honor, where his widow and children received before the meeting a bunch of flowers and a commemorative plaque, provided by the Councillor for Sports.
