Cehegín City Council has launched several traffic lights to regulate traffic on Main Street.
These are located in the Plaza del Castillo, at the end of the street Lopez Chicheri, at the height of the fence Farina, and also Mesoncico Square, next to the Royal Mercy Hospital.
Those installed in the Plaza del Castillo and Lopez Chicheri regulate access of vehicles to avoid crossing on Main Street and "cookies" installed in the Plaza del Mesoncico indicate the direction of movement that must start the vehicles are parked in this place once wish to resume their march.
Furthermore, these lights have an intelligent system that detects when vehicles are stopped on the street to catch Lopez Chicheri green.
