The facilities of the Archaeological Museum are hosting 'The Treasure Village documentary Cehegín', an exhibition that shows part of the Archives of the town, consisting of original documents and digitized.
Mayor Jose Soria and Councilman of Culture, Nicholas del Toro, inaugurated the exhibition, which contains actual orders, royal decrees, records chapter books, the book of Father Moreno, notebooks boasting, enforceable, facsimile drawings, patterns, holiday cards and programs, among others, that will be accessible to the public until August 17.
Furthermore, with these original documents are being displayed posters with forty twenty large-format digital manuscript.
Arguably, it is a tribute to the writing, without which today is not known the history of the town.
"The documents that are in this show are very important," Del Toro has said, who added that "we already have a project to move all the historical archives of this building, located at the Museum, so that everyone can climb read or look at documents it contains. "
