The House of Culture is hosting an exhibition on the 'Book Project', an initiative launched by the Department of Environment, which took place last year and was used to collect school supplies for reuse in countries Spanish-speaking developing countries.
With the newly obtained results has shown that those books are no longer used in Nicaragua and Peru more than 50,000 children have been studying, reusing.
Books, stories, children's material, encyclopedias or dictionaries were collected at City Hall, community centers, libraries and schools to be selected later in the EcoPark and sent to their final destination.
In this exhibition, which runs until tomorrow Wednesday, April 9, you can see many pictures and typical products of both countries, so different yet so similar to ours.
