Antonio Cerda has highlighted the quality and variety of olive oil in this area, saying that "just as it did years ago with the wines of the region, we must promote our range of Cuquillo oil," adding that "we have 23,000 hectares of this crop, giving an annual production of 23,500 tons of olives for oil, with an excellent quality, so we are processing your Designation of Origin. "
