Cehegín San Isidro held a very wet during a day when the rains have made an appearance, though not with sufficient regularity and intensity to suspend all actions.
As tradition dictates, every year farmers take in procession to its patron, so that this water their fields with water falls from the sky.
This year it seems that the Saint had pity on the region suffering the effects of drought years and sent clouds that have left a lot of water everywhere.
On Saturday night, the rain gave a respite to the city, allowing it to hold the crumbs night, in which citizens gathered at the fairgrounds to give the festival officially started.
Cehegín again on Sunday morning watching the sky, but always with the hope that the procession could be held.
After the mass orchard in the morning, rice became the stars of the day.
Then the rain was felt again, making all people who were in the streets to seek shelter.
Finally the sky opened and the Gran Via watched expectantly how many horses rode by it, preceding more than a dozen floats and a multitude of farmers, ranchers, animeros and choruses and dances, which, in turn, courted San Isidro, which closed the parade before thousands of people came together along the route.
