There will be three categories:
A) Adults (nationwide)
B) School II - students and high schools, from 13 to 18 (local area).
C) School I - Elementary students up to 12 years (locally)
The preparation of the cartel will have to undergo the following criteria:
* For category a) Adults:
- Must be drawing, painting, photography and digital design and free technique measures 50x70cm.

* For categories b) and c) School II and I:
- They must be drawings, paintings, photographs or compositions in black and white or color
All signs (of any category) must bear the reference:

Without abandoning the idea of ​​the contest, participants will head his works.
The works submitted must not carry any name or visible signal that can identify the author.

Each participant may submit a maximum of two works that have not been awarded in other contests.
The deadline for posters will end on Thursday, January 29, 2016 at 20:00 h.
The work, once deposited, will be judged by a jury chaired by Councilman Festivities.
The award, one for each category, will be:

for category a) and editing work as poster of the Carnival 2016.

a bond redeemed at any of the libraries Cehegín for category b) and work as a cover edition of the program of events Carnival 2016.
80 €.
in a bond redeemable in any of the libraries Cehegín, for the category c) and editing work within the program of events of Carnival 2010.
The prizes can be declared void if the jury did not satisfy the papers presented sufficient quality for publication.
The winning works will become property of the Hon.
City of Cehegín.
Both papers presented, and the winners will be shown to the public during the week of Carnival in an exhibition on this subject to be announced.
