The Popular Party of Cehegín has asked the current mayor of the town and Secretary General of the PSOE ceheginero Jose Rafael Rocamora, to apologize for all public insults that made the government team when they challenged the budgets and then took the case to court .
The Litigation Division of the Superior Court of the Region of Murcia (TSJ) dismissed the appeal to the socialist municipal group of the City of Cehegín filed against the decision of the plenary of the corporation August 2012 for which he was finally approved budgets for that year, and condemns the promoters to pay the costs.
The court has rejected the appeal because the settlement of the 2011 budget was adopted in February 2012, without the Socialist councilors questioned had no game or concrete content.
According to the 'popular' cehegineros, "time, and above all, justice, puts everyone in place and here it has been proved who had the right and who is dedicated to trying to mount scandals thinking about their political interests and not on the general interest of the cehegineros ".
For its part the local Popular Party president and former mayor of Cehegín, Jose Soria said that "you can not prosecute political life for nothing. At the end of reason, logic and do things with each criterion on leave your site ".
In dismissing the appeal, the Supreme Court condemns the Socialists cehegineros, promoters thereof, to pay the costs.
