Through the Department of Economic Development, Enterprise and Employment of the City of Cehegín, they are teaching two courses on "Food hygiene in canneries."
These, which are made in the House of Music, are intended for 20 people, each with a duration of 6 hours.
The first began on Thursday, from 10am to 13 hours, and will continue on Friday;
the second will be held on Monday and Tuesday of next week with the same hours.
They attendees will know both autonomous and state sanitary hygienic legislation in relation to the course title, acquire basic knowledge about food hazards and preventive measures for their control;
also know the main food-borne diseases and measures for their prevention.
The Department reports that these courses, which are being carried out regularly in various aspects, are aimed at specific training in different subjects, mainly aimed at training students for job search and consolidate your knowledge different materials and they can serve the development of their work.
