A group of fifteen young people participated in the 'Tapas and Traditional Cooking' workshop organized by the Youth Council at the Wine School.
Chef and Catering Manager Northwest, Juan Cristobal Sanchez Carmona, has been the teacher of the course, "who has managed to convey his passion and love in the kitchen to the participants of the workshop", as explained by the Councillor for Youth, Ruben Sánchez.
This course, which already held last summer, had been sued by young people themselves to be performed again.
"The concepts learned are useful for college students living away from home and want to learn to cook or young couples who embark on a life together," added Ruben Sanchez.
Furthermore, on 8 and 9 May, Friday afternoon and Saturday morning and afternoon, will be held at the Youth Space the course 'Introduction to Digital Photography' taught by Pedro López Rico and whose enrollment has a price 20 euros.
Some of the objectives of the course are types of cameras, lens types, configuration and operation of the camera, light, light exposure, composition or photographic techniques.
Practices are held in class plus a trip abroad.
