The departments of Works and Services and districts of the City of Cehegín have taken for completion of works to improve the pavement of the streets Virgen Milagrosa and Rico in the hamlet of Canara, a performance that had been requesting the Neighborhood Association Virgen de la Peña because of the problems that caused the bad state in which both pathways, one of which were steep.
The work has been to improve the pavement of these streets with a layer of cake on a surface of 1,056 square meters and construction of sidewalks in the street Lady of the Miraculous.
The performance has a total budget of 12,000 euros and was executed by the company Larios and operators of Works and Services City who have built the sidewalks.
Mayor Jose Soria, has reported that these works were included last year in the municipal budget for 2015, in response to local demand.
From the Department of Works and Services is to put in coming months streets of the village of Canara, specifically Soledad, La Florida, gilos, Las Huertas y Sol.
