For the first time since opening the Wine School hosted a "cut ham Course 'taught by Alfonso Ortiz, president of the Association of cutters ham Murcia.
For four days, the thirteen participating students have learned hand Ortiz secrets to make a good cut and take full advantage of the ham.
The participants, with registration fee, have had a bodega ham El Pozo 7 kg which has been cut by the student during the course and is vacuum packed to take home retaining all its properties;
a professional blanket with carving knife, paring knife, sharpening steel lace and the Martinez and Gascón brand cutter apron and diploma.
The Councillor for Social Services, María José de Maya, has given participants the diploma.
On the other hand, the Wine School welcomes from this afternoon until next Friday 13th the course 'Introduction to Wine Tasting and Culture', in which fifteen students have enrolled.
This course will be taught by María José Fernández, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, member of the Tasting Committee of the Regulatory Council of the Denomination of Origin Bullas, viticultural and winemaking consultant.
Another activity scheduled in this space will be provided by the sommelier and Golden Nose Pedro Martínez entitled 'The bubble magical feeling'.
