The Wine School Cehegín host of new activities during the months of February and March.
The Councillor for Tourism, Francisco in April, informed of upcoming courses to be developed in this space, located in a Century winery refurbished and fitted for cultural and wine activities.
The first of the courses will be held is 'Introduction to Wine Tasting and Culture', to be held from 24 to 27 February, from 19:00 to 22:00 hours (total 12 hours).
This course will be taught by María José Fernández, graduated in Chemistry, Tasting Committee member of the Regulatory Council of the Denomination of Origin Bullas, viticultural and winemaking consultant.
Registration for this course will be in the Youth Space and the fee is 30 euros.
For the first time Wine School will host an 'Course cut ham' taught by Alfonso Ortiz, president of the Association of cutters ham Murcia.
This course will be held on 4, 5 and 6 March 19:00 to 21:30 hours.
The student will learn to make the most ham cutting through its different parts.
The price of this course is 140 euros and registration includes a bodega ham El Pozo 7 kg to be cut by the student during the course and vacuum packed to take home retaining all its properties;
a professional blanket with carving knife, paring knife, sharpening steel lace and the Martinez and Gascón brand cutter apron and diploma.

The third of the courses will be taught by the sommelier and Golden Nose Pedro Martínez entitled 'The bubble magical feeling'.
Has not yet materialized date of execution but will be scheduled for an afternoon of March.
The registration fee for this workshop is $ 10 and can register at the Youth Space.
