A jury composed of three professionals in the hospitality and gastronomy has selected the tapas and cocktails that will participate in the VII Top Road and cocktail Cehegín, to be held from February 22 to March 22 Friday, Saturdays and Sundays.
The jury was formed by Gourmet magazine editor, Joaquín Reyes;
the manager of the restaurant El Churra and president of the Restaurant Association of Murcia, Juan José Nicolás, and the president of the Association of Sommeliers of the Region of Murcia and restaurant manager Pura Cepa, Juan Francisco Carmona.
All three have tasted more than 30 dozen tapas and cocktails made by the hoteliers in a selection process held at the Wine School, in order to provide even higher levels of quality dishes establishments offer their customers .
The Department of Tourism and Hospitality table are finalizing the details and how developments will bring the seventh edition of an event that combines gastronomy and tourism and has become the benchmark in its category in the Region of Murcia with hundreds of thousands of drinks sold in previous editions.
