The Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, through the Department of Architecture, Housing and Land in the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Planning, has called for aid intended for rental housing.
Beneficiaries will be granted aid to 40% of the annual rent to be paid by the rent of your regular and permanent housing, with a ceiling of 200 euros per month and 2,400 per year per household.
Only amounts relating to rental housing, excluding any capacity as a garage, storage, community fees and the like are eligible.
Some of the requirements to be eligible for these grants are being holder of the lease, which should last for at least a year.
Make housing habitual residence;
Rental income does not exceed 500 euros per month and the income of the household are at least 266.25 euros per month.
For living units of a single member, income can not exceed 532.51 euros, this limit is increased according to the members of the household
