Cehegín City Council has joined the promoted nationally by the Directorate General of Traffic on the supervision of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs campaign, which takes place during this week.
Local police is conducting sobriety checkpoints since yesterday, Monday, December 15, and will continue until Sunday 21, as reported by the Councillor for Traffic, María Dolores Carrasco.
Similarly, the City Council has echoed the Comprehensive Monitoring Plan for Secondary Roads DGT, collaborating with the intensified monitoring traffic crossings of this village, which have occurred throughout this year most fatal accidents because risk behaviors such as speed, alcohol and drugs.
"So ask and appreciate the cooperation of citizens and measures please use extreme caution in these holidays avoiding driving at risk," said the councilman.
