The contest is open to all citizens of the country, who will present their works at most until next January 16, 2015 at the House of Culture Cehegín.

The work is the development of a poster of the Carnival of Cehegín.
There will be three categories:
Adults (nationwide)
School II - ESO and Bachillerato students from 13-18 years (locally).
School I - Elementary students up to 12 years (locally)
The making of the poster will undergo the following criteria:
For category a) Adults:
It should be drawing, painting, photography and digital design with free technique and measures 50x70cm.

For categories b) and c) School II and I:
They will be drawings, paintings, photographs or compositions in black and white or color,
All posters (of any category) shall bear the number "Carnaval Cehegín 2015 - From 14 to 21 February - CARNIVAL OF NORTHWEST"
Without abandoning the idea of ​​the contest, participants will head his works.
The works submitted must not comprise any name or visible signal that can identify the author.
Participants will formalize a registration with two copies will be provided to them by the General Meeting of Troupes at the time of delivery of the work, and that, in turn, must adhere a, in a sealed envelope to back of each work.
Each participant may submit a maximum of two works that have not been awarded in another contest.
The deadline for posters will end on Friday, January 16, 2015, at 20:00.
The work, once deposited, will be judged by a jury chaired by Councilman Celebration.
The award, one for each category, will be:
From 300 €.
for category a) and editing work as poster of the Carnival 2015.
100 €.
a bond redeemed at any of the libraries Cehegín for category b) and work as a cover edition of the program of events Carnival 2015.
From 80 €.
into a voucher redeemable at any of the libraries Cehegín, for category c) and editing work within the program of events Carnival 2015.
The prizes can be declared void if the jury did not satisfy the papers presented sufficient quality for publication.
The winning works will become property of the Hon.
City of Cehegín.
Both papers presented, as the winners, will be shown to the public during Carnival week, in an exhibition on this subject to be announced.
