The ceheginera hamlet of El Campillo of Jiménez held on Friday, 5 to Monday December 8th festivities in honor of its patron saint, the Virgen del Rosario, a celebration that already had their preliminaries last weekend with various acts such as route equestrian, collecting firewood, or MTB Road and Hiking in natural areas near the town.
Although the festival of the Virgen del Rosario is the October 7, the custom in the population is celebrating the holidays coinciding with the day of the Immaculate.
This Friday's contest crumbs and the first gala 'Villa del Campillo' with DJ's, music, imitations, humor and surprises will be held.
On Saturday, 6th, there will be breakfast of churros con chocolate, playground and storytelling.
At night act Juan Muñoz (the comedy duo Cruz y Raya);
the ventriloquist Lolita Torres and Bornolero, impersonator Rafael Farina and Manolo Escobar.
On Sunday December 7th at 12:00 pm Mass will be held at the church sung by Animeros Cehegín.
At noon there will be a barbecue for all attendees.
At night the actions of the group A-corde and Barrio tribute to happen.
The final day of the festivities will be Monday 8 when the image of the Immaculate is transferred in pilgrimage to the festive tent, which will be held at 12:00 am Mass with floral offering.
Then there will be rice to all attendees.
From 1600, the image of the patron procession will travel the hamlet and its conclusion the fireworks finale fire.
The Festival Committee recalls that all events will be held in the tent Festera and want to residents and visitors a happy holiday.
