The sporting event which closed the year in Cehegín, San Silvestre race will be held on Saturday December 27th at las17: 00 hours with the slogan 'Cehegín against drugs' and different developments.
The first is that this eighth edition of the race is jointly organized by graders Sciences of Physical Activity and Sport, University of Murcia as a project for the course 'Design of Sporting Events' and the Sports Department, in collaboration Local Police, Civil Protection and Sports volunteers.
On the other hand, the organization will reward both individual costumes and the most original group with three prizes for each category.
Culturally participants who are chosen by lot to answer a question about landmarks by running the course, which will be identified with colored ribbons will be awarded.
Registration for the test are priced at 3 euros and can be made up to 24 December.
With registration will collaborate with the Association for the Cure, Rehabilitation and Reintegration of Addicts Betania some of the money to projects carried out by this association.
The registration fee can be made by two methods, by TPV in the Sports Pavilion 'Loli de Gea' or through bank transfer.
The collection of numbers will take place on test day from 16:00 at the Plaza del Castillo and her every participant will deliver a kilo of non-perishable food to be donated to Caritas.
The test, which has a recreational and non-competitive, will have a city tour of 5 kilometers for athletes prepared with greater output in the Plaza del Castillo, and 2 kilometers departing from the church of Santo Cristo for athletes with less preparation and children.
The race will go through landmarks of the Old Town of the city and the street, the Jasper House, the slope of the Parador, Church of Solitude, Street Cube, the garden of the Third, the church of Santo Cristo or Square Pato, and end at the Ginés Ibáńez park where will the provisioning brokers and the awards will take place at the end of the test.
