On World Alzheimer's Day, which is celebrated every year on 21 September, the day center 'Virgen Wonderland' has organized a free training workshop for caregivers, family and professional people with this disease.
The workshop will be held this Friday, September 26, at the premises of the center, and will be taught by the music therapist Domingo Perez, the school psychologist and Juan José Francisco García Gómez (director of the day care center).
"This is to acquire and share experiences and resources for accompaniment and a more humane and stimulating care to help us all grow as caregivers of Alzheimer's," said the center's director, Juan José Gómez.
