The XVI Festival of Bands 'Cehegín City' meet this coming Saturday, September 6th, the City of Torrevieja Musical Society 'salt shakers', the Band of the Columbine Musical Patronage 'Francisco Díaz Romero' and Society Musical Cehegín host and organizer of the event entity.
After several years of being held in the framework of the Plaza del Castillo, outdoor festival returns this year to Camelot, where also this weekend took place the premiere of the film 'Ambel' room.
The acts of the festival will start at 19:00, when the board of the Musical Society receives Cehegín bands participating in the Parque Juan Carlos I. At 19:30 pm a parade will begin musical training to City Hall on Calle Lopez-Chicheri, where authorities will welcome.
Then one second parade bound for the Camelot Room, whose stage act on the three bands from 21:00 start.
As in previous editions, will perform three pieces each formation.
During the ceremony takes place the necessary exchange of gifts and impositions of ties to bands and flags representing each formation.
The closing of the festival is scheduled for 23:00.
