'Small Artisans' Polidivertido;
Sing nursery Q, in San Antonio, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Adaptaocio and the Canara districts of Valentine and schools are coordinated through the Department of Youth, Sports and Social Services
The eight summer schools that take place during the months of July and August both the town of Cehegín as in the districts of Canara Valentine and gather each morning to about 300 children and niñasque enjoy various recreational, educational and sports activities the summer break from school.
The largest schools are 'Small artisans', with 85 students, coordinated by the Youth Council, and 'Polidivertido' with 83, which depends on the Sports Department.
Other summer schools are the nursery Canta Q;
the neighborhood of San Antonio;
the Rítica Gymnastics;
that of Adaptaocio for people with disabilities coordinated by the Department of Social Services;
and the districts of Canara and Valentin.
Although they are coordinated from different councils in the development of these schools collaborate selflessly associations, volunteers and non-profit entities.
The aim of these schools is twofold: first, to offer children a full entertainment program and children living with their ages and, secondly, to be an effective tool for parents who work during much of the summer to reconcile working life and family.
Cehegín Mayor Jose Soria, Youth and Councilman Ruben Sanchez, visited summer school 'Small artisans' holding the Adinor association and is based in the Virgin CEIP Wonderland.
One day a week this school is transferred to the municipal swimming pool Sports Complex 'Javier Miñano' which makes water and other amenities.
The mayor of Youth highlighted the functioning of these schools and the high number of students who participate in them.
