A total of twelve students are formed during these weeks within the course 'prevention coordinator, quality and environment, directed to all those involved in the food industry, such as farmers, ranchers, technicians, entrepreneurs and unemployed.
With a duration of 200 hours, this course covers contents between the regulatory framework on the prevention of occupational hazards, specific criteria applied to agriculture and technical quality standards and environment.
The course began on March 10 and end on May 13.
Among other activities, the course has visited companies in canned vegetables as Cofrutos Giménez and Marin Brothers and has scheduled another visit to the dump Cañada Hermosa.
