Councilwoman Maria Dolores Carrasco Public Safety, and the head of the local police sergeant, Gabino Garcia, received this morning at the headquarters of Public Safety two new bikes replace the two previously had with the police fleet Local.
The two new bikes, as explained by the Carrasco councilman, replacing the previous, with more than ten years, were causing many problems and high maintenance costs.
"We have seen the advisability of changing the old bikes by this new model, most practical services required in the village and operative to pass through the narrow streets of the old town," argued the councilman, who added that City Council also save on expenses like maintenance and insurance of vehicles.
