The Wine School joins the conference 'Murcia turns green' with three pairings (30/01/2014)

The activity is limited to 30 people and registration fee is 10 euros

The Councillor for Tourism Cehegín Francisco in April, reported that the School Wine adds to the days of eco-friendly kitchen 'Murcia greens', held for the second year between the months of January and February and you about 40 participating hospitality establishments in the Region of Murcia.

On Saturday 8 February, between las18: 00 and 20:00, the newly formed School Vinoacogerá three pairings by three chefs and three sommeliers in the Region of Murcia.

Dining pairs are as follows:

Pedro Martinez, owner of Bodegas Lavia (Bullas) ySergio Martinez, chef Keki Tapería.

David Lainez, sommelier Study of Ana, yFreddy Salmerón, chef Study of Ana and Antonio Jesús Gras, president of the Association of Sommeliers of the Region of Murcia and Gastrólogos partner, Juan Antonio García, chef's restaurant churra.

The registration fee is 10 euros.

This conference is jointly sponsored by the University of Murcia and event producer Gastrólogos.

For 17 days restaurants, bars, bakeries and eating houses in the region offer lunch and dinner menus with organic root.

These workshops seek to promote ecological and indigenous meats vegetables, a cutting-edge way and at a competitive price.
