The priest Seraphim Campoy has been chosen crier Cehegín Easter 2014 by resolution of the Central Board of guilds, as reported by the president of the Nazarene corporation, Alfonso Gil.
Serafin Campoy was for several years pastor of St. Mary Magdalene and chaplain of the Central Board of Holy Week Brotherhoods, actively participating in their actions and being further educated and very involved with the social reality of Cehegín.
The proclamation, as Alfonso Gil announced on Saturday March 29 will be held at the Church of Solitude.
Moreover, distinctions Brethren of Honor awarded by the Central Board of guilds have fallen this year also priest José Martínez and the Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul.
