Neighbors electrical installations or damaged appliances can claim through the OMIC
Cehegín City Council has reportedly requested an explanation from the company Iberdrola for failures and cuts in electricity supply that occurred in several areas of town last Christmas Eve, specifically between 20:30 on Tuesday 24 and 01: 00 hours on Wednesday 25 December.
These cuts occurred as a result of an incident in the networks of medium voltage power distribution company, Iberdrola Distribution SAU networks located in the northern town of Cehegín, in the area of ​​the outlets to Canara and Agua Salada.
The City also as affected entity shall submit a formal complaint to the electric company for this service interruption.
On the other hand, the City Council all those neighbors who have been harmed by the described abnormalities and may have damaged appliances or electronics problems in their homes, to be put in contact with the company itself or complain to reporting the Municipal Consumer Information Office (OMIC) in order to make the corresponding claim.
