Cehegín Musical Society will participate this coming Sunday, November 10, at the XXIII National Band Contest Music 'Ciudad de Murcia' to be held throughout the weekend at the Teatro Romea de Murcia.
According to sources indicated ceheginera training, participate in a competition of this level is to Cehegín Musical Society challenging yet proud, and only decided to compete when considered that the band has reached the required level.
The event 'Ciudad de Murcia' is a project with a high profile in the area of ​​the bands at the regional and national level, the proof is the high number of requests to participate in the organization coming from different parts of geography of Spain (Galicia, Andalusia, Valencia and Castilla La Mancha, and the Region of Murcia).
The event is one of the most important because of the rigor and seriousness of the work developed in the technical organization of the Federation itself Bands in the Region of Murcia, as well as due to the presence of a jury each year enjoying a very high musical, in all its aspects: technical, theoretical, pedagogical, managerial, concert setting, composition, etc..
Cehegín Musical Society will be competing in the Third Section with White Music Group and Musical Society 'Hope' of San Vicente del Raspeig (Alicante).
Ceheginera band directed by Rafael González, perform two works.
