Coinciding with its festivities, held recently, the residents of the hamlet of Glen Canara ceheginera wanted to have a gesture of solidarity and during the Mass of the day of the Virgin of Pilar collected more than 60 kilos of nonperishable food to donate to needy families.

Specifically, collected food and family have been delivered to San Antonio, charitable organization that depends on the parish of St. Anthony of Padua Cehegín.

The pastor has distributed the donation among families with fewer resources of the district.
