'Lorcalízate, 10 years for tourism in Lorca!'

The exhibition, which is touring different locations in the Region of Murcia, is held to mark the tenth anniversary of the opening of the Fortress of the Sun and the start of the activities organized by the tourist consortium.
A total of ten panels, one for each year, which deal with different aspects, form the exhibition, which also serves as advertising resource to encourage visit Lorca.
In these panels reflect the activities undertaken throughout the years, the team that is part of the project, advertising campaigns, the effect of earthquakes of 2011 and future projects, among others.
Tourism Councilman Cehegín Francisco in April, highlighted "the work so well done that has been going on in Lorca in recent years to bring all their resources monumental value and culture".
April said that this advocacy and improvement has resulted in an increased presence of Lorca in the world and an increase in visitors to the City of the Sun
For his part, the mayor of Tourism of Lorca, Francisco Montiel, has highlighted commonalities with Lorca and Cehegín, "with a significant historical past and with a character like Alonso Fajardo is 'Bravo' we also share" .
Montiel stated the recent discovery of a synagogue inside the castle grounds Lorca, "I invite you to visit them all."
Finally, the manager of 'Lorca Workshop of Time', Maria Angeles Dormouse, explained that the restoration of the castle and its value has been the great contribution and the main achievement of this project.
