The caregiver for dependents, physical and emotional health, is the star of the course 'Caring for the caregiver', which this morning started in the library of the Archaeological Museum and was opened by the Mayor of Cehegín, Jose Soria, and the Councillor for Women and Equality, María del Mar de Béjar, along with Director of Home Care Services 'Helping and Caring Time', Maria Victoria Perez.
Maria Victoria Perez explained that "the teaching of the course is innovative because it will establish a relationship of mutual aid: the sessions are raised as a possibility to exchange knowledge and experiences similar between people with the same role, counting with different professionals and first-person ".
Councilwoman Maria del Mar de Bejar has stated that carers' suffer physical wear is visible but also an emotional disorder is more difficult to detect and to communicate to the person who suffers and precisely these talks will be centered in the concept of emotional state. "
De Bejar has argued that the aim of this conference is to look for tools that make it more bearable and better the lives of these people.
"I would like to emphasize that collaboration male must be increasingly present, especially if it affects the family environment, as many times people have family dependents are indoors," stressed Councilwoman Women and Equality .
The mayor stressed in his speech how difficult is the task of those who are responsible for dependent patients.

The course, after the opening session today, Tuesday, continue on Thursday 26 and Friday September 27 with the participation of psychologists, social workers and professionals in the world of dependency.
