The Department of Public Safety led by Maria Dolores Carrasco reported to the local police Cehegín received yesterday afternoon, Monday 23 September, a phone call warning of a fight that was taking place at Santa Ana, which a youth threatened others with a knife.
The Local Police arrived immediately on the scene, and can verify that there were no injuries and that the young man had fled the knife.
After an intensive search, was located and identified, being a man of 34 years, a native of Cehegín, which was seized a razor blade 8'5 cm.
The facts have been reported to the appropriate judicial authority.
Subsequently, being 22:20 pm and received a phone call, issued by the Civil Guard, requesting collaboration to search and arrest the same person in the above action, for having committed an alleged crime of violence, assault his esposa.Finalmente, Civil Guard and local police managed to arrest the assailant, being brought to justice.
