To achieve a harmonious and public order within the fairground in the upcoming festivity, the City Council, through the Department of Public Safety and Celebrations, has set the standards to be met by users of the barracks.
It is allowed to use music devices 11 in the morning at 6 am, with moderate volume level that does not cause discomfort to the occupants of the barracks next.
