Provide guidance to caregivers to better understand many of the issues that concern them and reduce emotional overload generated by dependent family care are some of the objectives of the course 'Caring for the caregiver', which will take place in the days Cehegín 24, 26 and 27 September.
Organized by the home help service 'Helping and Caring Time' with the collaboration of the Department of Women and Equality Cehegín City Council, course, completely free, is for caregivers and families of dependents and anyone interested in the subject.
The teaching of the course is innovative because it will establish a relationship of mutual aid: the sessions are raised as a possibility to exchange knowledge and experiences similar between people with the same role, counting with different professionals and first-person accounts.
The deadline for registration is September 6.
